Suite 1
Located in the main building, this
suite, is furnished in recycled oregon timber, features a
fireplace and an original built-in wardrobe which now houses
the TV, VCR and CD player.
The bathroom across the hall has
a luxurious two person hydro therapy spa, marble tiles and
heated towel rails. The suite has its own reverse cycle air
conditioning and views across the pool to the east.

Suite
2
Facing east, this suite which was
originally the maids' and governess' room is drenched with
sunlight in the morning. The queen size bed and other Tasmanian
Oak furniture were designed specifically for the suite.
The lounge area around the fireplace
invites you to enjoy what's on offer in the entertainment
unit or to gaze over the olive grove towards the mountains
and the Pinnacles.
The spacious ensuite with its huge
shower head and contemporary glass screen also offers the
romance of the past with its washstand and antique tiles.
The suite, which opens onto the courtyard, has its own reverse
cycle air conditioner.

Suite
3
The western suite, the former colonial
kitchen, is large, comfortable and air conditioned. Apart
from the queen size bed, lounge area and entertainment unit,
the suite has a huge marble tiled ensuite bathroom which has
been designed for disabled access.
The suite also boasts its own private
courtyard where guests can enjoy a gourmet breakfast or relax
with a complimentary bottle of wine and cheese platter as
the sun sets in spectacular fashion.

Other Facilities
 BALLROOM
This spacious and elegant room has
a number of impressive features for guests to enjoy; the ornate
fireplace and mantle, the elaborate pressed metal ceiling,
the leadlight bay window and its refurbished window seat,
the magnificent built in bookcases, the comfortable lounges
and antique chairs, the walk through window to the verandah.
 DINING
ROOM
Breakfast is served in your room,
on the verandah or in the dining room. The mahogany table
seats 12 and gourmet dinner parties for up to 20 can be arranged.
The pressed metal ceiling and polished brush box floors are
features of this room.
 KITCHEN
The kitchen although new, has been
built in sympathy with the rest of the house using original
bricks which were made on-site in 1869 and laid in the same
English Bond. The rafters from the old verandah now form the
bench top. The rest of the kitchen features contemporary state
of the art fixtures and equipment.

Additional evening meals with any package
can be catered for when requested at time of booking. (24 hours
minimum notice).
Alternatively, a booking can be arranged at any of the local restaurants.
Terms and conditions
Homestead Estate caters exclusively for adults.
All prices are in Australian Dollars and include a 10% Australian
Goods and Services Tax.
A deposit of $100 is payable in advance by credit card (we accept
Bankcard, Mastercard and Visa).
The actual charge will not be debited to your card unless the cancellation
provisions below apply.
If you cancel between 3 and 6 days before the scheduled arrival
date, $50 will be debited to your credit card.
If you cancel less than 3 days before the scheduled arrival date,
$100 will be debited to your credit card.
